New Update from Windows 11 for activation by phone "Activate using the Product Activation Portal."

The "Activation by phone" option is no longer available and has been replaced by "Activate using the Product Activation Portal."

There is no longer an option to select a country and call an automated system for phone activation, as was previously the case.

Activation has publicly announced the use of the Product Activation Portal at "https://visualsupport.microsoft.com/".

Internet connectivity is required. You can open the Product Activation Portal on any other

internet-connected device. The portal will ask for your Installation ID (IID)

There are no longer any errors when entering the Confirmation ID on Windows 11.
